Payment

The PayPal payment button accepts most bank cards (or your own PayPal money). Payment is taken directly via paypal.com with no bank details seen or stored on swirlysoph.com There is no basket to join items, if you are buying more than one item then simply purchase again. Any currency will be automatically converted into pounds, so no need to worry if you are not from the United Kingdom. If you are local to Burbage you could also purchase in person at Soph’s art studio at the discounted price.

Seen a painting in the window? Some paintings may be for sale at a lower price when buying directly from Soph’s art studio in Burbage, Hinckley (in Leicestershire). Simply contact Soph to book a suitable time and date to visit and purchase at the discounted display price. Some display paintings may even include the picture frame.

Certificate

All paintings include a free authentication certificate. This is a document which can remain along side the painting for generations to come, it is signed by the Artist and has details about the item with its purchase price. A useful document to keep because art can increase in value.

Postage Cost

Items purchased directly on swirlysoph.com are free postage worldwide. Swirly Soph paintings that are listed for sale on global market places such as Etsy or Saatchi Art may have a postage charge.

For non U.K. customers – Your purchase does not include any custom fees / duty / taxes etc. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Postage Method

After you have paid for your painting it is wrapped in tissue and securely wrapped in multiple layers of flat cardboard to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Dispatched from Burbage U.K. within a couple of days. Your item will be posted to your PayPal payment address. Every parcel is sent tracked and your parcel will require a signature on arrival. Posted via Royal Mail Recorded, Special Delivery or International Tracked.

Your item will be with you soon!

It will be approximately 2 to 10 days when your painting is with you. You can contact Soph to request the tracking code via email swirlysoph@gmail.com after your parcel is posted. This code enables you to follow the parcels journey via the Royal Mail official website https://www.royalmail.com/ on the ‘Track an item’ section.

Returns

Paintings are non refundable unless the painting has been damaged during the delivery process. Returns must be sent within ten days via a tracked and signed service of your choice, contact Soph for her home return address.

Full copyrights of all the paintings and images of the paintings remain with the artist ©Sophie Huddlestone. No copying or printing is permitted in either physical or virtual form. When you buy a painting you do not purchase the right to use that image, you are not purchasing the design. It is to remain a one of its kind original painting just for you.
